The Registrar’s Office promotes student development through our comprehensive information and service center for registration and academic records. Our team is committed to administering and updating the University’s registration and records processes utilizing new technologies, resources, and procedures to enhance student learning and success. The Registrar’s Office is the responsible authority for the security, confidentiality, integrity, and proper dissemination of student academic record data maintained throughout the University, in accordance with institutional, state, and federal policies and regulations.

updated summer 2019 face-to-face (f2f) course schedule:

In light of the various building and office moves occuring this summer, HPU will be scheduling summer 2019 face-to-face (f2f) courses in limited classroom spaces. Please click on link for course schedule and classroom assisgnments. 

 

Are you planning on Graduating at the end of Spring or Summer 2019?

Petition to Graduate (PTG) forms are due to your advisor by Friday, February 15th! For additional information, contact your advisor or email advising@hpu.edu.

 

Registrar's Office closures

Effective Monday, May 13, 2019: The Registrar’s Office will be open Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm & Friday, 11:00am-5:00pm. This change affects walk-in service only. RO staff will continue to answer calls and emails from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. A drop-box is available outside UB Suite 216 for students to deposit forms when the Front Desk is closed.

 

MONDAY, MAY  27, 2019: The Registrar's Office will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.

 

Registrar’s Office is Moving: The Registrar’s Office will be closed to walk-in service from June 10th – June 21st. We will reopen on June 24th at our new location in the Student Services Center at Waterfront Plaza, 500 Ala Moana Blvd, Ste 5A. Regular office hours will resume on June 24th.
