ATTENTION HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (HIDOE) TEACHERS:

Teachers should check first with their principal and AP Coordinator to see if funding for their APSI registration will be funded through their individual district.  Purchase orders are welcomed and should be entered in CVENT site above.

 

College Board offers a number of scholarships to support attendance at APSI. More informaiton is available on their website.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you cancel no less than 30 calendar days before the first day of the institute, you will receive a full refund. A participant who has registered and cancels less than 30 calendar days prior to TBD receives a refund less $100. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on and after TBD.

Hawai‘i Pacific University reserves the right to cancel sessions with few registrants, or to substitute session topics and presenters without notice. In the event a session must be canceled, we will notify you and email or phone. In the event of cancellation, HPU is not responsible for refunds of travel arrangements.

 

MEDIA PERMISSION:

Hawai‘i Pacific University may videotape and record its events and meetings. By attending this event you consent to being recorded and/or photographed, and authorize HPU and/or its agents or licensees to use any recording and/or photographs, as well as any statements that you make (“Footage”), in any medium (including, without limitation, audio, video, print, broadcast, etc.) with HPU’s sole and exclusive discretion. You are granting HPU a worldwide non-exclusive royalty free license to use, edit, distribute, exhibit, publicize, advertise and otherwise utilize the Footage in all media and formats, now known or hereafter developed for commercial and noncommercial use.
