For over 60 years, HPU has proudly supported the higher education needs of the military community. To honor and celebrate the military and their service to this country, Aloha Tower Marketplace at HPU will present Night Market, HPU’s second annual Military Appreciation Event.  

All active duty, retired military service members, veterans, and all families are warmly invited to attend. HPU is hosting special offers for the military community; military members are asked to RSVP, click here.

The HPU Military Appreciation Event is designed to be a family, community affair that includes music, food trucks, activities for children, and retail and craft booths. A serene sunset view at HPU’s Aloha Tower Marketplace cannot be missed and is always a favorite pastime for students and visitors of the Marketplace. 

 

Special offers for the military community include (advanced RSVP and military ID required):

  • Special discounts on food*
  • Access to available children’s attractions
  • Free two-hour access to HPU’s Esports Arena (the only esports arena in Hawai‘i)
  • Validated parking for Irwin Park, and Piers 5 and 6*

 

Please note that there is a maximum of four (4) food vouchers per military family, and family members must be present at check-in. The pick-up for food vouchers and parking validation closes at 7:30 p.m.

HPU offers many undergraduate and graduate degree programs geared to the interest and experiences of those who serve our country, in convenient in-person and online platforms. Military Campus Programs are located at Hickam Air Force Base, Pearl Harbor Naval Station, Marine Corps Base Hawai‘i-Kaneohe Bay, Schofield Army Barracks, and Tripler Army Medical Center.
