Accreditations and Memberships


Hawai'i Pacific University is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC). The Nursing programs (BSN and MSN degrees) are approved by the Hawai'i Board of Nursing and are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). 

The Social Work programs (BSW and MSW degrees) are ccredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

The Public Health programs (BSPH and MPH degrees) are accredited by the  Council on Education for Public Health. . 

The Education programs (B.Ed. and M.Ed. in Elementary Education and the M.Ed. in Secondary Education degrees) are approved by the Hawai'i Teacher Standards Board and are accredited by the  Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP).
