"My name is Patti Minietta, and I am thankful to be serving this year at HPU as your University Chaplain. I was born in Illinois and grew up in Downers Grove, a suburb outside of Chicago. After graduating from Campbell University in North Carolina with a degree in Psychology I was commissioned into the Army on active duty. I served as a Black Hawk pilot for ten years around the globe before being called into ministry.  I attended Liberty University where I received a Master of Divinity and have served in various ministry positions as an ordained minister. I love studying God’s Word, hiking, paddle boarding, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

I am here to partner with students, faculty, and staff for their spiritual flourishing by connecting them to local congregations, assisting in University programs and events as requested and meeting one on one to journey with them toward God. Please feel free to reach out and schedule a time to connect with me."
