ACTIVE DUTY 

Step 1 - Student Portal

Receive Pipeline username and initial password via email.
Haven’t received your username and password? Click here and if you know the email address associated with your application, you can reset your password.

 

Step 2 - Tuition Assistance

Upload degree plan to Military Tuition Portal. Obtain Tuition Assistance (TA) through your Military Tuition Portal. Submit TA voucher along with your CAC/ DOD/ or Military Dependent ID for verification to your MCP Base Office.

 

Step 3 - Transcripts

Submit all final official Joint Service Transcripts and all College transcripts to mcp@hpu.edu

 

Step 4 - Financial Aid

Annually apply for military award scholarship before the start of each fall term. Create an FSA ID
Complete the FAFSA 
HPU’s school code is 007279

 

Step 5 - Intent to Enroll

Form found here. Please include your Branch of service, Status, and Rank (Enlisted, Warrant Office, Officer)

 

Step 6 - Health Requirements

Complete measles, mumps, and rubella health clearance form
Complete tuberculosis health clearance form
Submit both health clearance forms to admissions@hpu.edu or mail to:

Step 7 - Registration

Schedule an appointment to meet with MCP Base Advisor for degree plan and registration PIN

 

Step 8 - HPU Photo ID

Submit a color photo for your HPU ID

 

Step 9 - Books

Purchase your books and HPU gear at the bookstore
VOCREHAB students, submit your 1905 form to va@hpu.edu prior to picking up your books at the bookstore

VETERANS

Step 3 - Visit HPU VA Office

Attend VA briefing and submit Certificate of Eligibility (COE)/copy of VONAPP to Veteran Transition Coordinator. Once Eligibility is confirmed an email waiver will be sent to mcp@hpu.edu in order to waive $200 deposit. Please bring current DOD/ Military ID, or DD214 for benefit verification.
