In November 2024, HPU launched a new resource called the Off-Campus Housing office in Pioneer Plaza. Leading the new initiative is Timothy Harnan, who brings an impressive real estate background to the University.
Harnan has been a licensed real estate professional for over eight years, specializing in helping clients navigate Hawai‘i’s complex housing market. His expertise in buying, selling, and renting homes ensures he’s well-equipped to support the diverse needs of our HPU community.
Harnan can help with many requests, and here are a few he specializes in:
- Answering questions about off-campus housing.
- Finding an apartment off-campus.
- Assistance for international students with renting in Hawai’i.
- Resource in finding a roommate for off-campus housing.
