The Campus Activities Board (CAB) is a dynamic student organization within the Office of Student Engagement dedicated to creating memorable experiences, fostering connection, and making HPU an even more vibrant and engaging community for all students. Through a wide variety of events and programs, CAB brings the student voice to campus life, strengthens connections, and creates opportunities for students to find their people and build a true sense of belonging. Each year, CAB brings the HPU community together through experiences that spark excitement, create lasting memories, and make campus feel like home.
The CAB Executive Board is made up of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Administration Director, Membership Director, Public Relations Director/Graphic Designer, Event Manager, and Event Coordinators. Executive Board members are selected through an application and interview process and serve one-year terms. Members of the Executive Board are also potentially eligible for scholarships.
Throughout the year, the Executive Board leads the planning and execution of events for the entire HPU community. From large-scale annual favorites like ‘Ohana Fall Feast, Destress Fest, and Da Shark Show to unique passion projects created by individual Event Coordinators, CAB brings fresh ideas and student-driven energy to campus year-round.
But you don’t have to be on the Executive Board to get involved! CAB recruits General Members each semester, giving students the opportunity to jump in, help bring events to life, meet new people, and earn points along the way. At the end of each semester, those points can be redeemed for fun prizes!
