This workshop will help students improve their usual study methods, and explore new strategies for absorbing, retaining, and comprehending subject material. Students will also learn and share strategies for reducing test anxiety.

Academic Success and Life Skills Workshops are created by students for students to offer tips and strategies on a variety of topics. These workshops will help you gain tools to succeed in your academic journey and beyond.
