Support for Hawaiʻi Pacific University can be made while shopping at Foodland

Through Foodland’s Annual Community Matching Gifts Program, donations can be made at any Foodland, Sack N Save, or Foodland Farms store throughout September.

100 percent of each gift will go directly to HPU, with Foodland matching a portion of the contribution. This is a great opportunity to support our students and campus community. Let’s show our HPU spirit through Give Aloha!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN GIVE ALOHA 

Here’s how to support Hawaii Pacific University at checkout: 

  1. Enter your Maikaʻi phone number or present your Maikaʻi card. 
  2. Tell the cashier: “I’d like to make a $________* donation to HAWAII PACIFIC UNIVERSITY, #7719. 
  3. Review your receipt to confirm the organization name and donation amount is correct. 

*Customers may donate any dollar amount up to $249. 

  

Here are other ways to support the Give Aloha matching gift*: 

  1. Donate 250 Maikaʻi points, equivalent to a $5 donation 
  2. Round up your purchase 
  3. Donate your spare change 
  4. Purchase Give Aloha merchandise designed by artist Suzanne Jennerich 

 

If you participate, please send a copy of your receipt to annualgiving@hpu.edu so we can properly acknowledge your generosity.
