HPU's Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is the most selected MBA in the state. More current and future business leaders are choosing HPU’s MBA for its flexible design, skills-based curriculum, and accessible curriculum offering courses both online and in the classroom.

HPU’s MBA is designed for working professionals and can be completed in as little as 12 months, with eight-week courses offered on campus or online. Students can tailor their studies to fit their goals and timeline: the MBA Accelerated program is a 32-credit, one-year option with flexible start and classes available online and in-person, while the MBA+ allows students to add a graduate certificate in specialized areas such as business analytics and nonprofit management.
Earlier this year, HPU announced its innovative three-year Bachelor of Science in Global Business (BSGB) program, launching in fall 2026 (pending WSCUC approval). Pairing the three-year BSGB with the one-year MBA creates a unique four-year bachelor’s-plus-master’s pathway, helping students save time, reduce costs, and enter the workforce a full year ahead of peers at other universities. HPU also launched the university-wide John F. Scarpa Entrepreneurial Pathway to power innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
