Join us for our upcoming Book Club at HPU Libraries virtual event. The featured book is An Unkindness of Ghosts, a 2017 science fiction novel by Rivers Solomon. Set during the interstellar voyage of a giant generation ship where the passengers have formed a stratified society based on class and racial lines, the book’s protagonist seeks meaning between their mother’s suicide and the mysterious death of the ship’s Sovereign. All HPU students, faculty, and staff are welcome to participate in the book club. All eBooks are freely accessible in our collection. We’ll have two different sessions for this event; the second session is on Thursday, April 1.
