Helena is originally from Montana and has been living in Hawaii for 2 years and received her certification from Yogaloha. Her practice is inspired by mindful and intentional movement, one-pointed focus, and balance.  Flow with Helena through Vinyasa Yoga to connect the mind and body through the breath. Find harmony between strength and ease in poses that tone, elongate, and heal the body.  A practice for all levels to connect with your authentic self and the world around you.
