Students will learn strategies for increasing focus, productivity, and awareness of themselves and their surroundings. This workshop will also offer methods for managing stress and emotions, both positive and negative, in healthy ways.

Academic Success and Life Skills Workshops are created by students for students to offer tips and strategies on a variety of topics.  These workshops will help you gain tools to succeed in your academic journey and beyond.
