This workshop will teach students about the importance of sleep to health. Students will learn how they can maintain a healthy sleep schedule, avoid all-nighters, and ensure they get enough rest to keep their life balanced.

Academic Success and Life Skills Workshops are created by students for students to offer tips and strategies on a variety of topics.  These workshops will help you gain tools to succeed in your academic journey and beyond.
