College of Business Graduation Speaker: Manuela Pin Sanches

Manuela Pin Sanches was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and has lived and studied in Brazil, Germany, and London, before coming to Hawai‘i in 2017 to attend Hawai‘i Pacific University. Sanches, who will earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, majoring in International Business and minoring in Marketing, has made the Dean’s list for seven consecutive semesters. She is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta and Alpha Chi Honor Societies. Outside of the classroom, she has participated in the Debate Club and the Laissez-Faire Society. In support of her fellow HPU students, Sanches worked for two years as a Peer Mentor and this past year held the added role of Success Coach. After graduation, she plans to work for a year, gaining experience in her area of study, and then will move to China to enroll in a program for young talents.
