Applications for the 2026 - 2027 Academic Year will open 9am HST on March 2nd, 2026 for first-year students (Early Action students will have access starting 9am HST February 23, 2026)!

1. Submit Your Intent to Enroll Form and $200 Enrollment Deposit (if newly enrolled)
*We recommend submitting your Enrollment Deposit AT LEAST 48 hours in advance of when you plan to access the Housing Application

2. Submit Your Housing Application and $400 Housing Deposit

3. Return Your Signed On-Campus Housing Agreement & Acceptance Form

4. Receive Your Housing and Roommate Assignment in July

**On-campus housing inventory is limited. If your housing application is received, and no housing is available, you will be informed within TEN business days that you have been placed on a waitlist.

***After submission of your housing application, a housing and meal plan agreement form will be sent to your HPU email account. Until this agreement form is submitted, your housing is not confirmed. Due to limited housing inventory, you are encouraged to sign and submit your housing agreement form upon receipt.

****Housing Agreements and Offers will be sent weekly, starting March 6th, 2026. Please wait until the end of the business day (HST) to receive your Housing Offer or Agreement before reaching out. 

How to Apply 

Step 1 - Go to the Housing Portal and log in with your MyHPU credentials.

Step 2 - Click on the Housing Application link in the top menu.

Step 3 - Follow the steps to complete your application. Make sure you submit your application in the Final Review step.
