Check-In and Kickoff

CHECK-IN

Students check in at the Registration Tent on WEDNEsday, August 22, 2018. At this time, students will receive their passport, name tag, and check in packet, as well as any guest name tags and confirmations for pre-registered or pre-purchased optional events.

The Registration Tent will be located at Aloha Tower Marketplace beginning at 5.30pm.

 

KICK-OFF and RECEPTION

Get ready for some delicious food, socializing, a welcome from President Gotanda, and an opportunity to meet your Peer Mentors and Orientation Leaders!! The official kick-off and reception begins at Aloha Tower Marketplace at 6.00pm.

All attendees may take a free shuttle from the Hawaii Loa Campus. Shuttles will depart at 5:00 pm from the Hawaii Loa Campus. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for boarding.

 

Parking

Students and families are welcome to drive and park at the event. Evening parking is available in public lots surrounding the Aloha Tower Marketplace. THERE IS NO VALIDATED PARKING FOR THIS EVENT.
