This certificate program focuses on change and development at the organizational, team, and individual level. Constant technological, economic, political, and social change have become the norm, and dealing with the rapid pace of change is a challenge faced by almost all professionals. The courses provide a multi-disciplinary perspective and use concepts and methods from such fields as management, sociology, anthropology, organization development, and social psychology. The certificate can be valuable for corporate, community, government, and military leaders. Students have the opportunity to study an important field of knowledge and develop valuable skills for designing and implementing successful change.
