Tuesday, January 16

  • 11:30am Grab and Go or Relax at our Welcome Lunch on the Front Lanai of the Academic Center at HLC or the Atrium at ATM – Start the fall semester with a FREE lunch presented by the Office of Student Activities! This is also a chance to meet your Student Government and Campus Activities Board student representatives. Find out who they are and what they have planned for the school year. Current and valid student ID required, while supplies last.
  • 5:30-7pm Study Abroad Fair at HLC Dining Commons - Find out about 450 study abroad program options in more than 70 countries including internships, field work, service learning and courses abroad.

Wednesday, January 17

  • 10am-3pm Study Abroad Fair on Upper Fort Street Mall – Find out about 450 study abroad program options in more than 70 countries including internships, field work, service learning and courses abroad.

Thursday, January 18

  • 11:30am-1pm Jobs Table on Upper Fort Street Mall – Do you need a part-time job? Would you like the convenience of working on campus, or the reward in working for a local community service-based organization? Career Development will have a listing of on and off-campus jobs available through the Federal Work Study Program, including opportunities for international students.
  • 2-4pm Atherton Library Open House at HLC – Come meet your library staff, take a tour of Atherton Library, and learn about the resources and services offered!

Friday, January 19

  • 9am-12pm Visit the Student Life Office at ATM – Grab a morning snack, pick up your UPass, and check out the services and opportunities available to you from four different departments in this office!
  • 2-4pm Meader Library Open House in LB Building (2nd floor) – Come meet your library staff and take a tour of Meader Library. Learn about the resources that will help you discover the importance of things like net neutrality, fighting censorship, and intellectual freedom.
