The HPU College of Business hosted a Business Law seminar, which was held on Tuesday, April 16, featuring guest speakers, Hawai‘i Supreme Court Chief Justice, the Honorable Mark Recktenwald, and Dick Mosher, counsel, Denton-Honolulu office, and Gregory Kim, corporate attorney. 

Seventy-five HPU students, faculty and staff attended the seminar, and President Gotanda joined the attendees and greeted the speakers. With passion for supporting HPU students,

COB Associate Professor Michelle Alarcon, J.D., MBA, organized the event. Students had the opportunity to learn about structuring businesses, funding and securities laws, and risks and ethics, including international business ethics.
