Classical Studies Students Share Their Work

Students of Professor Margo Kitts, Ph.D., in CLST 3100, Female Figures in Classical Myth, Literature, and Religion, Candace Satterfield (pictured presenting), Maya Schwan, Alanna Soloman, Kaia Takaki, Jaden Witherspoon, and Nirmala Young, participated in a Thursday, April 4 brown-bag event sponsored by the Arts, Humanities & Languages department. The students read or discussed exam questions before faculty and students in the Humanities Lounge. Topics included the plays "The Hippolytus,"  "The Alcestis," "The Medea," as well as the power and danger of Greek goddesses and of the first woman, Pandora.
