College of Health and Society Members Present at Healthcare Conference in Singapore

Professor of Nursing Patricia Burrell, Ph.D., Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) candidate Louise Greencorn and MSN student Nora Wolf presented at the 7th Annual International Conference on Global Healthcare held in Singapore on July 23 and 24. Their presentations are entitled “Effective Ways to Prevent Readmission for Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure: A Preliminary Critique of the literature” by Greencorn, “What Is the Most Efficacious Approach to Nurse Practitioner Management of Posterior-Canal Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo?: A preliminary Review of the Literature”by Wolf, and “Cultural Competence in Nursing: Transcultural Nursing Self-Efficacy” by Burrell. Burrell received the Best Research Paper Award.
