Residential Honors Program Students Share Their Videos

Students in HON 1100, Exploring Hawaii and the Pacific, taught by Professor of History Jon Davidann, Ph.D., and Assistant Professor of Environmental Science Andrew Greene, Ph.D., created short videos for their end of semester team project; the videos have strong messages of sustainability.

The Movie Moana Examined

Sustainable Farming

Through an interdisciplinary seminar, students in HON 1100, deepen their understanding of Hawai'i and the Pacific region through direct involvement with the community and environment, experiential learning, and the transfer of theory to problem solving outside of the classroom.
