Pay Your Deposit


To secure your seat for the Fall term, be sure to submit a $200 enrollment deposit by May 1st. This will ensure you receive all pertinent information for your upcoming enrollment term. Your enrollment deposit may be paid online through your Pipeline account under the “eDeposits” tab in the eBill + Pay Bill Quick Links section, or in person in the Business Office with cash, check, or money order only. The Business Office does not accept card payments in person, but the card payment option is available online. Please visit for detailed instructions on how to submit your enrollment deposit and Intent to Enroll form.  The enrollment deposit is non-refundable for the fall and summer terms after May 1st, and is non-refundable for the spring and winter terms after December 1stAll requests for a refund of the enrollment deposit must be received in writing by the May 1st or December 1st deadlines.

Housing Deposit

If you plan to live on campus, you will need to submit a housing application form and a $400 housing deposit.  Your housing application is not considered complete until the $400 housing deposit is received.  Your housing deposit is non-refundable after May 1st, and any requests for a refund of the housing deposit must be submitted in writing by May 1st.  For more information on housing options and to access the on-campus housing application, go to

Please Note:  No matter what method you submit your ENROLLMENT Deposit, once received it will show as (-$200) in your HPU Pipeline account. This is normal, as it will be applied towards your tuition once you register for classes.

HPU offers an Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option through Tuition Management Systems. Students may register online at or inquire at the Business Office for more information regarding this service. The earlier you start the program the more options you have.
