I wanted to make an impact in the world, and the self-reflection component of the program helped me realize I am a hands-on helper and i enjoy the 'low hanging fruit' of helping patients. I also believe understanding more of the sciences, the human body, and the healthcare system will allow me to make a greater impact in the political world someday.
