International Business

Through project and partnership connections with Honolulu’s global community, a faculty with strong international business, and a student cohort representing more than 50 countries, the HPU International Business major has a definite advantage at graduation. In addition, HPU alumni work throughout the world and make themselves available for guidance and mentoring.

Students learn the scope and fabric of international business, its role regarding the International Monetary Fund and other key global organizations, and the importance of cultural understanding. Connections with clubs and organizations based on language and ethnic interests as well as academic fields help the International Business major step into the work world at graduation.
