Studying at HPU you become a global player. You develop connections all over the world. This international variety is really what makes HPU special; you can’t find that other places. That’s why I transferred here after studying at two other universities on the mainland. Because class sizes are small and professors are willing to provide extra help, you learn more. Professors are actively involved in the students learning process and encourage questions and discussion.
Being a student at HPU also means that there are many opportunities outside of the classroom as well. I am currently doing an internship related to my major, then plan to work for a year in the United States through Optional Practical Training (OPT). Besides that, I spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoors, and have even learned how to surf!
