The Professional Certificate in Environmental Policy is designed for students with an interest in leadership positions in the growing fields of environmental policy, sustainable development, ecotourism, and ecology. Program themes include systems thinking, large systems change, sustainable economic development, and the impact of humans on their natural world.
The Certificate is interdisciplinary in scope. Courses are offered both by the College of Professional Studies and the College of Natural Sciences. The Certificate is an extension of the MA in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development which is housed in the College of Professional Studies.
