- Alpha Gamma Sigma Scholarship (Community College Transfer Students)
Description and Eligibility Requirements: This tuition waiver scholarship is available to incoming transfer students (currently not enrolled at HPU) from a community college who is a member of the Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Applicant must be a degree seeking undergraduate and have a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (GPA). Scholarship Period: Renewable for up to one (1) year. - Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship (Community College Transfer Students)
Description and Eligibility Requirements: This tuition waiver scholarship is available to incoming transfer students (currently not enrolled at HPU) from a community college who is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. - Ho'omau Scholarship (All Transfer Students)
Description: This tuition waiver scholarship at $2,000 per year ($1000 for fall and spring semesters) are awarded to new transfer students (not yet enrolled at HPU). Minimum Eligibility Requirements: A minumum cumulative college GPA of 3.50. Transfer at least 24 credits to HPU, inclusive of the current term of attendance. Be a current student enrolled full time at a two-year or four-year college or university in the U.S.A. with the intent to enroll at HPU for the next regular term. Kalamalama Journalism Scholarship
Description: This tuition waiver scholarship is offered to entering high school graduates and entering transfer students. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 supported by a current official transcript, intent to pursue a degree in Journalism or Strategic Communication (advertising/public relations) and a career in these or a related communication industry. Also requires a 10-hour per week work assignment with the staff of the University newspaper, Kalamalama, as journalists or advertising sales assistants. Description: Awarded to incoming freshman; high school senior or college transfer (maximum 31 college credits). Harry S. Komuro Scholarship
Description: This tuition waiver scholarship is available to students who are dependent children of an ordained minister in one of the following church denominations: Episcopal Church, Presbyterian Church, United Methodist Church, or United Church of Christ. Scholarship Period: Renewable for up to three (3) years. Scholarship Amount: Up to 20% Deadline: February 18, 2010 Application Form: Available November 2009.

American Carpet One Foundation Scholarship
Description and Eligibility Requirements: This tuition waiver scholarship is available to students who are members of a Christian faith church in Hawai'i. Applicants must be enrolled as a full-time Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in the College of Business Administration with a 3.00 GPA or be a transfer student (24 college credits) planning to enroll as a full-time, undergraduate student in the College of Business Administration.
