Each campus sells textbooks for courses offered at our base classroom locations or Online for a student's convenience. In some instances, a student may register at one military campus and purchase their books at another location where the course is being offered. Often, students will have to go to the location where the course is being offered to purchase the required textbooks. In other cases, students will have to go to a certain Military Campus programs location to obtain their books, such as:

• Students taking courses at Sand Island may purchase textbooks from HPU's Hickam AFB Education Office or through the Online bookstore at www.hpu.edu/bookstore

A textbook purchase must be paid for when ordered, when purchasing at the military campus locations. Students using financial aid and/or VAVOC should inform the staff of their status so the appropriate paperwork can be filled out. All others can use VISA, Mastercard, checks, money orders, or cash. To serve you better, please provide exact change if you are paying with cash, as our military campus offices do not keep cash on hand.

Hawai'i Pacific University offers students the opportunity to sell back their books. Book buybacks are held during designated times throughout the year either at selected bases or by an online book buyback. Verify the day, time and location of upcoming buybacks with your HPU office. HPU's Online Bookstore

The Online textbook purchasing option available to our Military Campus program students allows the convenience of buying their books anytime, from anywhere. When ordering online, students can pay for their purchase using VISA or Mastercard. Cash, checks, and financial aid or VAVOC vouchers are not accepted by the HPU Bookstore over the Internet. The HPU Bookstore Web site is secure and all payment information is encrypted. In addition to purchasing textbooks online, students can browse through the selection of logo apparel, gifts, and supplies, as well as software titles and computer equipment offered at educational discounts. Orders can be shipped to a home address for an additional shipping charge, or students can arrange to pickup their order at any one of our Military Campus programs locations at no additional charge.
