Located at 1132 Bishop Street (FC Building), the Frear Center contains classrooms and labs equipped with state-of-the art equipment. Throughout the Frear Center, technology is utilizied to assist in the training of students and to enhance their education experience.

Frear Center facilities include:

• Four technology classrooms equipped with computer consoles and data projectors.

• A classroom which allows for hands-on training in networked computer systems.

• The HECO classroom which provides multiple computer workstations for student use.
  
• The Software Engineering Lab which provides a classroom environment well-suited for teaching programming.
  
• The Hardware Telecom Lab which provides a classroom suitable for intensive hands-on instruction in hardware networking and telecommunications.

• The Communication Video Lab which allows students to develop and produce their own video productions.

• Web Services Office.
