Undergraduate Application Requirements:

• Complete an application form for undergraduate studies and mail it to us or fill out our Online Undergraduate Application (Secure).
• Submit a copy of your passport.
• Pay a $50.00 non-refundable application fee.
• Submit a signed copy of the HPU Statement of Financial Sponsorship which is part of the application form.
• Mail an original or certified copy of a bank statement showing that you (or your sponsor) have an account which holds sufficient funds to cover the total estimated costs, which are $28,564 for the 2009/2010 academic year.
• Submit test results from any English proficiency tests recognized by HPU. Please note that if the applicant has not met the minimum language requirements for admissions, they will need to enroll in ELS  Language Center program. Completion of level 112 will be necessary for full enrollment at HPU; however, once a student reaches level 110 and above, they may begin taking HPU courses concurrently.
  
• Mail officially certified copies of secondary education completion certificates (such as HKCEE, SPM, SMA, Abitur, Matura, "O" and "A" level results, etc).
