Lambda Pi Eta National Honor Society (Communication)
Purpose: To recognize, foster, and reward outstanding scholastic achievement; to stimulate interest in the field of communication; and to promote and encourage professional development among communication majors.
Eligible candidates must:
•
Be enrolled full time in the bachelor of science program, majoring in corporate communications, or
•
Be enrolled full time in the bachelor of arts program, majoring in advertising, communication, journalism, public relations, speech, or visual communications.
•
Have completed a minimum of 60 credits, 12 of which must be in communication courses.
•
Have a minimum cumulative HPU GPA of 3.0.
•
Have a minimum HPU GPA of 3.25 for all communication courses.
Membership fee of $50 to be paid upon notification of acceptance.
Regalia: Red & White Cords & Lapel Pin.
