Dr. Niti Villinger is Associate Professor of Management at HPU.  She completed her international and multicultural oriented education when received her Ph.D. in International Business and Management at the University of Cambridge (UK).  In addition to graduate studies at the Universities of Chicago and Cambridge, she has lectured at Wolfson College (Cambridge) and worked for a number of companies in Germany (eg. McKinsey & Co.).  Her research has focused on international management and organization issues pertaining to the investment strategies of Western multinationals in emerging markets.  Dr. Villinger has traveled and experienced life in several countries around the world including countries in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, all of Asia and also parts of Latin America. Her courses look at management practices and cultural diversity in different marketplaces and countries.  She hopes to continue her good work in International Business Management at HPU by exploring multifaceted societies around the world.  Her life is a testament to greater international understanding and study.  Dr. Villinger speaks four languages and is involved in University Service (various committees and also the Rotaract Club) and community service.
