Summer Financial Aid
Summer financial aid eligibility will vary by student. In general, students who have not used all of their Stafford Loan eligibility for the current school year may apply to use their remaining eligibility. Pell eligible students can also request that they be reviewed for additional Pell grant eligibility. ALL students may apply for credit based alternative/private loans, graduate students may apply for Graduate PLUS loans, and dependent students may have parents apply for additional Parent PLUS loans. Students who are interested in receiving loans must be registered for a minimum of 6 credits over the combined three summer terms and be making satisfactory academic progress.
Please complete a Summer Request Form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office along with a copy of your summer course schedules.

If you were a Parent PLUS loan borrower for 2013-14 and were awarded additional PLUS loan funds for the summer, a Parent PLUS Loan Extension Form may have been requested. To print and sign this form, click here.
The Office of Financial Aid does not process any federal aid for the Winter term. Students will be responsible for all winter balances.
