Order Transcripts

Requests for academic transcripts can be made via mail or fax. In your request, you will need the following:

* Social security / student ID number
* Approximate dates of attendance at HPU.
* Cardholder’s signature, if paid by card.
* Your signature.
* $10.00 (U.S.D) per copy.
