Ralph Gallogly, Alumni Service Award
Bachelor of Arts in History, 1994
Master of Arts in Human Resource Management, 1998 Ralph feels his responsibility is to serve the military affiliated HPU students "every minute of every day". He unselfishly gives his time both at work and during personal time to counsel students while overseeing a student affairs organization comprised of over 40 staff members. “Growing up in a family of military Veterans, I learned to operate based on high standards of commitment and integrity. Doing something you care about is important to me. I care about the people who go through the Military Campus Programs and want to give them the best experience I can.”

Keiichi Ogawa, Ph. D., Professional Achievement Award
Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language, 1991
Dr. Ogawa is currently a Professor in the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS) at Kobe University in Japan, where he teaches human capital development and development management. He is also Chair of the Department of Regional Cooperation Policy Studies at GSCIS. His research interests lie in economics of education, education finance, and education policy/planning. "I believe that HPU provided me the foundation with which I was able to build and achieve my academic and professional career not only in Japan but also at the international level."

Stephane Castonguay, Young Alumni Award
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, 2004
Master of Arts in Communication, 2007
Stephane Castonguay joined the U.S. Foreign Service as a new American diplomat immediately following his master's degree, a very competitive and prestigious position. 2007-2009 he served as Vice Consul at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India. He was Special Assistant to the U.S. Ambassador in Kabul, Afghanistan in 2010. “HPU pulled back the curtain on globalization and vastly different points of view as a result of the cultural diversity of its students and the real-world approach of its faculty."
