Pay Your Deposit
To secure your seat for the Fall term, be sure to submit a $200 registration deposit by May 1st. This will ensure you receive all pertinent information for your upcoming enrollment term. Your registration deposit may be paid online, over the phone, or by check or money order, payable to Hawai'i Pacific University. Please visit www.hpu.edu/intenttoenroll for detailed instructions on how to submit your tuition deposit and Intent to Enroll form. The tuition deposit is non-refundable for the fall and summer semesters after May 1st, and is non-refundable for the spring and winter semesters after December 1st. All requests for a refund of the tuition deposit must be received in writing by the May 1st or December 1st deadlines.
If you plan to live on campus, you will need to submit a housing application form and a $500 housing deposit. Your housing application is not considered complete until the $500 housing deposit is received. Your housing deposit is non-refundable after May 1st, and any requests for a refund of the housing deposit must be submitted in writing by May 1st. The preferred, and quickest way for us to receive your deposits is online, through your HPU Pipeline account.
To pay your deposits online: Login to your HPU Pipeline account at www.hpu.edu/pipeline and click on the "eBill + Pay Bill" link in the "My Quick Links Box".
To pay your deposits over the phone: Call the HPU Business Office locally at (808) 356-5272, or toll free at 1-866-CALL-HPU (press 4). Be sure to have your student ID number ready (@XXXXXXXX). If submitting your tuition deposit, ask for a payment confirmation number and then submit the Intent to Enroll form with your payment confirmation number listed. If you are submitting a housing deposit over the phone, ask for a payment confirmation number and email it, along with your student ID number, to firstname.lastname@example.org
To pay your deposits via mail: To submit your tuition deposit, submit your Intent to Enroll form along with your check for $200. Please make checks payable to "Hawai'i Pacific University", and include "Tuition Deposit" and your student ID number in the memo line. If submitting a housing deposit, submit a check for $500 payable to "Hawai'i Pacific University", with "Housing Deposit" and your student ID number in the memo line. Then mail to:

Please Note: No matter what method you submit your Tuition Deposit, once received it will show as (-$200) in your HPU Pipeline account. This is normal, as it will be applied towards your tuition once you register for classes.
HPU offers an Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option through Tuition Management Systems. Students may register online at http://www.afford.com/hpu or inquire at the Business Office for more information regarding this service. The earlier you start the program the more options you have.
