Residence Life

What to Bring for Living on Campus

Each student will need to decide what to bring from home and what to buy on the island if traveling to Oahu.  Often it is cheaper to wait until you arrive on island to purchase items from Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, Walmart, Kmart, Sears, or Macy's.  Students who chose to mail their items can send them in advance to arrive after August 11, 2014 but before the halls open.    Residence Life will also take students to one of the larger stores to shop for items the first night on campus.

As you begin to plan, there is a list of items that are provided, recommended items to bring, and items prohibited by Residence Life Policy.
