Volunteer Opportunities: Docent greeters, researches and writers, retail clerks for gift shop, and office assistants.
Special Requirements: Basic skills relative to projects undertaken. Students supply their own transportation to Kailua.


Mediation Center of the Pacific, Inc.

Organization Description: A community dispute resolution organization that provides affordable and accessible mediation and dispute resolution services to the community.
Volunteer Opportunities: Volunteer Mediators: Special requirements include interview and selection; $400 payment ($200 refund upon completion of apprenticeship); three year commitment. Volunteer Case Manager: Special requirements including one minimum one year commitment, one day (or two half days) commitment to case management work.
Special Requirements: Mediators: application and interview, $400 and 60 hours of training; three year commitment. Case Manager: work one day or two half-days for one year.
