Enrollment Verification Documents
If you are a current student or have access to pipeline, you must submit your request using your pipeline email account to the Registrar Inbox at registrar@hpu.edu. We do not accept any email requests from personal email accounts such as Hotmail or Yahoo.
If you no longer have access to pipeline, then you must submit your request in writing and most importantly, include your handwritten signature. The written request can be submitted via fax at (808) 544-1168 or scanned to registrar@hpu.edu.
The request should include the following:
- Full Name
- Student ID/or last four digits of SSN
- Term/Semester to be verified
- Mail/Fax/Scan to
- Signature (if you do not have pipeline access)

Enrollment Forms
These may include the following:
- College report
- Enrollment/tuition verification
- Confirmation of degree
- Good standing
- Learning agreement
You need to fill out the student portion on the form before submitting it to our office along with a cover sheet.
