Finding Books in the Libraries
Both Atherton (Hawai'i Loa campus) and Meader (downtown campus) libraries have many different types of books. To better organize the libraries, books are shelved in various collections. The collection is noted at the beginning of the call number.
For example, here is the call number for Merriam-Webster's Biographical Dictionary,, a reference book at Atherton Library:

AREF, for example, simply refers to Atherton Library, Reference Collection.
