Electronic Course Packets
The practice of archiving content from the Libraries' electronic resources for Electronic Course Packets is prohibited by most vendors and publishers..
The best practice of referring a student to a specific electronic journal article is to refer the student to the specific database and have the student search for the specific article. This practice satisfies database vendor and publisher restrictions, and also benefits the student by familiarizing the student with the Libraries' databases.
Alternatively, the student may be provided with a stable URL that links to the article. Please see the Durable URLs Research Guide for information on creating stable URLs.
