Distance Education students at HPU have access to a wide variety of online resources including databases, E-books, and tutorials. See the Library Services listed below for more information about specific help for students working from a distance!
Library Resources
- Campus Pipeline - the University's intranet which gives students access to library services and resources as well as other university programs and services. Through Pipeline's Libraries tab you can retrieve full text articles and citations from scholarly journals and general interest sources. You can also search for and browse e-Books or use our Library Catalog to find print books in the library's collection.
- Databases - HPU libraries have over 70 databases containing electronic journals including scholarly titles and general interest resources. Most articles are available in full text. The databases are categorized by subject and are accessible through the HPU library research page. To access the research page, select Databases under Research Tools at the top left hand corner of the Libraries page.
- E-Books - The HPU libraries maintain several databases containing e-books. Use the library's catalog to search the e-book collection by title, author, or subject. To browse the library's collection, select E-Books Collection under Research Tools at the top left corner of the Libraries page.
