Hawai‘i Pacific University and Pacific Forum Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) are pleased to present a 90-minute lecture on Monday, July 15 featuring Dr. Pierre Journoud. He will be speaking on “France, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia Since 1954.”

This free, open-to-the-public lecture is a great opportunity to hear from Dr. Journoud, who is a research fellow at the Institute for Strategic Research, Military Academy in Paris.
