OPERATING PROCEDURES

FDPAC and TLC have a mutually advisory and consultative relationship.  TLC supports, promotes, guides and executes many FDPAC initiatives such as the Golden Apple Awards, Faculty Scholarship Day, and mentoring new teachers.  FDPAC advises TLC initiatives such as orientation for new faculty.  Some members of FDPAC serve on TLC’s advisory board.  FDPAC, TLC, or other units of HPU may originate, suggest and promote/publicize faculty development initiatives or changes in current practice, and such initiatives are discussed, developed, refined, and moved forward through consultation between TLC and FDPAC.  The effect is to bring many sources of experience and expertise cooperatively to bear on the continuous improvement of teaching, scholarship, and service thus leading to student and faculty success and retention.

Below you will find the applications and guidelines for the University's grant programs. If you have any questions please contact the chair Dr. Pierre Asselin passelin@hpu.edu or the Faculty Assembly Office assembly@hpu.edu.
