Effective Spring 2008
The Mathematics Minor provides a foundation in mathematics and is good preparation for a variety of careers. Minoring in mathematics will give students ability to reason carefully, express themselves clearly and be more prepared for a technical field.
A minor in mathematics is awarded for the successful completion of five upper-level courses (3000-4000 level) beyond MATH 2215:
