Colleen Spiri Colleen is currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh working on a Bachelors in Nursing, and recently applied to the Navy to be a nurse. “The Master’s program in Global Leadership led me to pursuing this BSN program in a big way. I wanted to make an impact in the world, and the self-reflection component of the program helped me realize I am a hands-on helper and i enjoy the 'low hanging fruit' of helping patients. I also believe understanding more of the sciences, the human body, and the healthcare system will allow me to make a greater impact in the political world someday. With my background in education systems and the business component the Global Leadership program gave me, I think I'll have a great integration of knowledge of different systems impacting our lives today.” – Colleen Spiri |
