Natalie Gauvin is a Visiting Instructor of Communication, within the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, at HPU. Her teaching areas focus on communication, multimedia, web design, graphic design, and social media.
Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Natalie earned a professional diploma in Graphic Design for Printing and Publishing from the International Academy of Design, in Montreal, her Bachelor of Fine Arts, Specialization in Digital Image & Sound - Computation Arts from Concordia University, in Montreal, as well as her Master of Arts in Communication from HPU. She has worked for several years as both designer and developer in various multimedia and marketing environments.
Currently, Natalie serves on the board of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Hawaii chapter, is interrim advisor to HPU's Akamai Advertising Club, and provides support for the Hawaii Pacific News web site, as well as for HPU's First Look Mixed Media Festival.
